Three Valley Construction Ltd has carried out work on large residential building projects in Hamphsire and neighbouring counties for over 20 years. The Company's founder, James Judd, trained as a Building Surveyor and has a wealth of experience in the renovation and extension of period and listed buildings, as well as more contemporary contracts.

To enable a well-managed project, we employ our own experienced site foremen and contractors who know from the start the high quality of work expected and required. We are also proud of our in-house joinery workshop where we are able to design, produce and fit all the specialist timber needs of your project. An in-house workshop is rare for a building company of our size allowing us to work to your preferred standard, and to maintain projects on schedule. During the difficult process of choosing a building company you will be welcome, with no obligation involved, to make a site visit at a current and/or finished project. This will enable you to see the skills, quality of work, and professionalism at first hand.

As many of the building projects are within dedicated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), Conservation Areas, the South Downs National Park, and New Forest National Park, Three Valley is proficient in complying with the official regulations and working with planning departments to provide you with a beautiful finished home. Three Valley is also able to offer a guarantee through the NHBC where appropriate, ensuring a recognised standard and maintained quality.
